Dynamic Warm-Up: Start with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout ahead, ensuring you're primed for peak performance.
Strength Block: Focus on building foundational strength with compound movements tailored to improve muscle tone, power, and overall body strengthening.
Functional Strength Superset: Engage in supersets that incorporate functional exercises, designed to enhance your real-world strength and improve movement efficiency.
Finisher: Depending on the day, we’ll finish with either a high-intensity fitness circuit, boxing drills, or conditioning exercises to elevate your heart rate and maximise results.
Cool Down: Conclude with a relaxing cool-down, including stretching and breathing exercises to aid in recovery and prevent injury.

All sessions have progression and regression options available. Depending on your current fitness ability and injury level, we always have option to either increase or decrease the intensity for you.
